Super controller joystick cable replacement through SSGenius Per Rob the are not recommending mounting the super controller underneath, now behind the seat, if the cable gets distroyed, they now can replace it. See link below

"JOHN DEERE P SERIES: You will need to remove two of the pins to operate properly.  We jumper C to E and D to F to allow choice of controls but the new P models sense the connection as a short and shut the hydraulics off.
I had to remove the red wire on pin E (right joystick) and white wire on Pin F (left joystick), that solved the machine sensing a short and disabling the hydraulics. 
It's hard to see in the picture but on the picture of the 2 Deutz connectors the pink/black wires are for the right joystick and the green and white wires are for the left joystick.   I did move the Ground from A-B "
